Ellinor Ivarsson has extensive experience in regional development policy and EU cohesion, currently serving as an Expert at Sveriges Kommuner och Regioner since August 2006. Key responsibilities include overseeing regional development assignments and coordinating networks for regional development directors and leading regional politicians. Previous roles include working on rural policy implementation and financing, leading strategic efforts on digital infrastructure, and managing regional growth policies amid EU and national initiatives. Ellinor has participated in various committees, such as the Interreg Baltic Sea Region's Monitoring Committee, and held leadership positions, including Chair of the Board at Förskolan Nalle Puh. Education includes a Master's degree in Political Science from Växjö University and a student exchange program at Central Missouri State University.
