Tilsith Lacouture

Tilsith Lacouture is an experienced professional in project management and quality assurance, currently serving as Senior Projektledare at Sveriges Kommuner och Regioner since February 2016. Prior to this role, Tilsith held the position of Kvalitetschef at the Municipality of Sigtuna from September 2012 to January 2016 and worked as Projektledare and Utredare at Sveriges Kommuner och Landsting (SKL) from February 2006 to August 2012. Tilsith possesses a strong academic background with a Master of Science in Economics from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, complemented by executive education in Public Sector Management from the Stockholm School of Economics, as well as additional coursework in Service Management, International Marketing, and Political Science from Karlstad University and Uppsala University.
