Keith Cooper

Keith Cooper has a diverse work experience spanning from 2003 to the present. Keith is currently the Director of Resource Management at Huron, where they lead and oversees resource management and staffing functions across practices and teams globally. In this role, they provide strategic leadership and support for strategic workforce planning.

Prior to their current position, Keith was the Co-Founder and COO of Skrachy in 2019. Before that, they worked at Genesys as the RMO Senior Manager for North America, where they were responsible for resource allocation management for the region, including forecast demand management and staffing fulfillment.

From 2016 to 2019, Keith was at Farmers Insurance, where they held various roles. Keith served as a Strategy and Process Team Manager, leading a team in delivering solutions for strategic initiatives. Keith also worked as a Strategic Initiatives Staff Manager, overseeing the daily activities of a team of Program Managers and Project Coordinators. Additionally, they served as a Strategic Initiatives Program Manager, responsible for program/project management and delivery of sales, service, and CRM solutions.

Earlier in their career, Keith worked at FIS in multiple roles. As a Resource Management Director, they managed resource allocation and strategy for matrixed resource teams. Keith also worked as a Senior Resource Manager, recruiting and managing a team for Professional Services implementations. In addition, they served as a Vendor Management Program Manager, coordinating projects involving integration of core platform banking applications with ancillary solutions from internal and external vendors.

Keith Cooper earned a Bachelor's degree in BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In August 2019, they obtained a certification in "Learning Data Science: Ask Great Questions" from LinkedIn. Later in October 2019, they received a certification as a Resource Management Certified Professional from the Resource Management Institute.
