Shayne Gaffney

Shayne Gaffney is an experienced professional with a diverse background in product management, coaching, and physical therapy. Currently serving as Vice President of Product and Engineering at Highwire, Shayne leads teams focused on scalable systems and user experience, while also defining product strategy. Previous roles include Senior Product Manager and Product Manager at Highwire, where Shayne drove critical product initiatives. In addition to ongoing work with GC Coaching as Head Coach and Founder, Shayne is a consultant for Zwift, developing structured training programs for athletes. An accomplished cycling coach with USA Cycling and Precision Nutrition, Shayne combines expertise in fitness, nutrition, and technology to enhance athlete performance and user engagement across multiple domains.
