Dilyana Trapcheva is an experienced professional with a diverse background in social management, translation, and customer support. Currently serving as a Social & Advocacy Manager at L'Oréal since May 2019, Dilyana has held roles that include managing social strategies for the LRP/CeraVe brand and the ADBA HUB within the L'Oréal Consumer Product Division.
