Athina Iliopoulou

Athina Iliopoulou has extensive experience in customer support and project management, currently serving as a Knowledge & Quality Associate at Skroutz since August 2019, after progressing from roles as a Senior Customer Support Agent and a Customer Support Agent. Prior to Skroutz, Athina worked as a Junior Project Manager and Customer Support Consultant at MainSys from March 2012 to August 2019. Athina holds a Master's degree in Economics and Administration of Telecommunications Networks from the National Kapodistrian University of Athens and a Bachelor's degree in Project Management from the Technological Educational Institute of Thessaly.
