George Kyrgiazos

George Kyrgiazos is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in software development and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering for the Partners Platform at Skroutz since May 2015, George has progressed through various technical positions including Tech Lead of the Core Product and Senior Software Engineer in Content Engineering. Prior experience includes software engineering at the Computer Technology Institute and Press "Diophantus," where George was involved in the development of a Learning Object Aggregator. Previous roles involved search infrastructure development at PeoplePerHour.com, web development during mandatory military service with the Hellenic Army, and an internship focused on microcontroller programming at Entropi Engineering Company. George holds both a BSc and MSc in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.
