Niki Papalouka

Niki Papalouka is an experienced product manager with a strong background in overseeing projects within the Greek Academic and Research Community. Currently serving as a Product Manager at Skroutz S.A. since March 2019, Niki previously held the same title at GRNET SA from September 2010 to February 2019, where responsibilities included stakeholder communication, product requirement identification, and project coordination. Niki also has experience as a Helpdesk Supervisor and Support member, providing technical assistance to a large user base. Additionally, Niki worked as a Project Coordinator at Serinth Ltd. in the pre-sales department, facilitating communication between the sales and engineering teams. Niki holds a Master's degree in Energy Production and Management and a Diploma of Engineering in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.
