Bosco Espinós Paget

Bosco Espinós Paget has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Bosco started their career as an intern at everis, where they gained skills in Java process analysis, design, and implementation. Bosco then co-founded Vauzza, where they managed and developed web applications, led online marketing campaigns, and developed skills in customer relationship management, online marketing, SEO, and e-commerce.

Following that, Bosco worked as a consultant at everis, collaborating on several projects and performing business and technical tasks. Bosco also provided coaching to junior team members and gained experience in analysis, design, implementation, integration, and testing of systems.

Bosco then joined Rumbo.es / Viajar.com as a Team Lead, responsible for analyzing, maintaining, and developing new user stories in a scrum master role. Bosco was in charge of one of the company's e-commerce web applications and had involvement in technical staff recruitment.

Next, Bosco took on the role of Team Lead at Panavision Tours, where they led the IT development department and oversaw development and maintenance projects for web applications and the company's e-commerce platform. Bosco also served as the coordinator for web service integration with travel agencies in Spain, South America, and North America and was responsible for staff recruitment.

After that, Bosco worked at Cars.com as an Application Developer in an agile team, where they utilized TDD and pair programming techniques to develop stories for high traffic web applications and rest services. Bosco actively participated in technical design sessions, helped improve and design development processes, and assisted testers in defining QA and performance test cases.

Finally, Bosco joined Skubana as a Tech Lead/Sr. Software Developer, leading an agile team in the development of a complex cloud e-commerce operations platform. Bosco was responsible for architecture definition for web applications, batch processing, and REST services. Bosco also led the implementation and improvement of auto-testing and QA practices within the organization.

Throughout their career, Bosco has acquired skills in various technologies and frameworks such as Java, Spring, JPA, Hibernate, JavaScript, Angular, EHCache, Coherence, Camel, Wink, PHP, and Prestashop.

Bosco Espinós Paget pursued their education in the field of Computer Science - Software Engineering at the Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca. Bosco completed their Bachelor's degree, as well as a Master's degree, between the years 2004 and 2009. In addition to their academic qualifications, Bosco also obtained a certificate in IT Service Management (ITIL V3 Foundation) from the APMG Group in July 2009.
