Florencia Ortiz de Rozas

Florencia Ortiz de Rozas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Florencia started their career as a Trainee at Rivas Orozco, Cony Etchart & Associates Law Firm in 2005. Later that year, they joined the National Court having jurisdiction in Federal Criminal Matters and Criminal Proceedings in Argentina as a Legal Assistant, where they gained experience in preparing criminal cases for trial, drafting resolutions for court proceedings, and managing documentation. In 2010, they joined Skuld as a Claims Assistant, and later moved up to become a Claims Executive and then a Senior Claims Executive, specializing in insurance claims and legal matters. In 2021, Florencia joined Gard AS as a Senior Claims Executive. As of January 2024, they hold the position of Vice President, Claims and Lawyer - Team Leader at Skuld.

Florencia Ortiz de Rozas earned their Bachelor's degree in Law from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires' from 2001 to 2006. Florencia then pursued a Master of Laws (LLM) in Maritime Law at the University of Oslo from 2008 to 2009. Florencia further expanded their knowledge in the field of P&I Insurance by completing their qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Insurance (CII) from 2011 to 2015.
