Ralph Liu

Ralph Liu has a diverse work experience, spanning various industries including real estate, blockchain technology, and fintech. Ralph is the Founder and CEO of WeCoOwn, a platform that facilitates co-ownership and shared consumption of valuable properties. Ralph also founded WePropertyOwners, a blockchain technology-based listing platform for real estate property owners. Additionally, they served as the President and CEO of TurboChains, a provider of SaaS and BaaS solutions for enterprises. Ralph Liu also founded MuleChain, a global decentralized P2P delivery and temporary warehouse service. Prior to these ventures, they founded InvestorsAlly Realty, Yachts, Art, Loans & Insurance, a company that facilitated joint property investment deals using an LLC structure. Ralph also founded PeoplesAlly Insurance Services, WeHomeOwners, a social networking and sharing site for homeowners, and CoinsDex, a platform offering fiat currency loans to cryptocurrency holders. Ralph Liu has a strong background in blockchain technology and fintech, with their work at Advanced e-Financial Technologies, Inc. (AeFT) focusing on co-ownership platforms, decentralized delivery, and bitcoin derivatives.

Ralph Liu obtained a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from National Taiwan University in 1981. Ralph pursued further studies in Chemical Engineering, earning a Master of Chemical Engineering from Rice University in 1984. In the same year, they also engaged in Doctoral Study in Chemical Engineering at the University of Michigan. Ralph then undertook Graduate Study in Computer and Information Science at the University of Pennsylvania from 1984 to 1985. In 1986, they pursued Graduate Study in Economics at New York University. Finally, Ralph completed their education with an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School in 1987.
