Alexander Goodwin

Alexander Goodwin is a strategic workforce planning manager at Sky, driving initiatives that deliver business value through insights and collaboration since February 2023. Previously, Alexander served as the people analytics and workforce planning lead at Dstl from September 2020 to February 2023, where efforts focused on embedding strategic workforce planning and developing people analytics for data-driven decision making. Prior roles include consultant and research lead at RTM | The Talent Advisors, researcher at Huxley Banking & Financial Services, recruitment consultant at JOHNSON BIM, and court liaison officer for South Yorkshire Police. Alexander completed a BA in Criminology at Nottingham Trent University, alongside a Level 3 BTEC National Diploma in Public Services from Derby College, and has engaged in various educational roles, including social secretarial duties at the university’s debating society.
