Claudia Osei-Nsafoah was appointed to the role of People Director, UK & Ireland in September 2020. Claudia leads our UK&I HR function and is responsible for developing and driving our people agenda.
Prior to joining to Sky, Claudia spent over 5 years at Treasury Wine Estates as HR Director Asia & EMEA based in Shanghai and London. She has progressive experience in all facets of HR, Culture and Engagement with a strong focus on leadership, organisation design and business transformation in global matrixed organisations.
