Douglas Grant

Douglas Grant is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in HR analytics and data management, currently serving as a Senior Reward Analyst at Sky since November 2020. Prior to this, Douglas spent over three decades at RBS, where roles included Workday Org Studio Specialist, Workday Data Migration Manager, and Service Change Delivery Manager, among others. Douglas has a strong track record in managing data migration projects, engaging with HR representatives, and leading teams to implement system changes. An early career at RBS included various roles in the Retail Branch Network, culminating in a branch manager position. Douglas's education was completed at Buckhaven High School from 1981 to 1986.
