Emma Richards

Emma Richards is currently an Engineering Manager at Sky, where they have worked for over seven years, transitioning from a Media Researcher in the Stills Department to a Software Developer and now into their managerial role. Emma began their career in the film industry, producing and managing various projects, including award-winning films. They participated in the Get into Tech program at Sky in 2016 to shift their career focus to technology, developing proficiency in Java, Gatling, Jenkins, and Kubernetes. Emma holds a First Class BA (Hons) in Film and Drama from the University of the West of England and completed their A levels at Carisbrooke High School.
