Neil Szymczak

Neil Szymczak is responsible for a multitude of functions in his role as VP of Real Estate, including identifying, pursuing, and acquiring ground leases at premier airports nationwide and working with local municipalities to deliver high value developments. Mr. Szymczak is a veteran of the United States Navy, where he served as an Instructor Pilot, and Mission Commander in both the P-3C Orion and P-8A Poseidon. Mr. Szymczak brings over 15 years of experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry, including 3 years as a defense lobbyist on Capitol Hill and 3 years as a strategy consultant with the Boston Consulting Group where he focused on aviation infrastructure and supply chain engagements. Mr. Szymczak holds a BS from the United States Naval Academy and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
