Chris Johns is the Chief Engineer of Broadcast Strategy at Sky, a position held since 1989. Prior to this, Chris worked as a Studio Engineer at the BBC from 1985 to 1989, where they contributed to studio engineering, teaching, and various secondments. Educated in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Middlesex University from 1982 to 1985, Chris is also recognized as a Fellow of the Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers (SMPTE) and an Honorary Fellow of the British Kinematograph, Sound and Television Society (BKSTS).
