Despina Kaparaki

Despina Kaparaki is an experienced leader in strategy and transformation, currently serving as the Global Head of Strategy and Transformation at Sky since January 2023. With a robust background in digital transformation, Despina previously held the position of Group IT Strategy and Digital Transformation Lead at Vodafone, where significant contributions included shaping a five-year transformation strategy across Europe and Africa. Other key roles include Agile Delivery Manager for Vodafone's Global Digital Agile transformation and Senior Delivery Manager at HSBC, overseeing a major website relaunch. Despina's extensive experience also encompasses leadership positions at Samsung Electronics, Telefónica Digital, O2 UK, Cosmote Mobile Telecommunications, and Siemens, all demonstrating a strong track record in project management, product strategy, and partnership development. Despina holds an MBA in Technical and Economic Systems and an electrical engineering degree from the National Technical University of Athens.
