Matt Johnson

Matt Johnson is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and integration, currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Sky since September 2013. Responsible for overseeing the development and quality assurance of Sky Q and Sky+ as well as managing support services, Matt has held various leadership roles, including Head of System Integration and Head of Integration, ensuring seamless software delivery across multiple teams. Prior to Sky, Matt worked at Easel TV as a Lead Software Engineer, focusing on system integration for TiVo, and held the position of Project Technical Lead at Hewlett-Packard, managing software projects with significant contract values. Matt holds an MEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Imperial College London and a NEBS Management certificate in Supervisory Management.
