Bridget McNeill

Head Of Customer Journeys And Experience at SKY Network Television

Bridget McNeill has held various positions throughout their career. Bridget started as an Inflight Entertainment Producer at Qantas Airways from 1996 to 1999. Bridget then worked as a Senior Producer at NTL (now Virgin Media) from 1999 to 2000. Following that, they freelanced at multiple integrated design and technology digital agencies as a Senior Project Manager from 2000 to 2002. Bridget joined Universal Studios Networks as the Head of Interactive TV from 2002 to 2003. Bridget then moved to Tiscali (prev. VideoNetworks/HomeChoice) as a Senior Manager in Product Development and On Demand Operations from 2004 to 2007. Bridget joined Liberty Global as the Director of TV Design & Production from 2009 to 2010, and as the Director of TV Product from 2013 to 2016. At Sky New Zealand, Bridget McNeill held several roles including Head of Core Products from 2017 to 2018, Head of Product from 2017 to 2019 and again from 2021 to 2023, Lead Product Strategy - Digital from 2019 to 2020, and Head of Customer Strategy from 2020 to 2021. Bridget is currently serving as the Head of Customer Journeys and Experience at Sky New Zealand.

Bridget McNeill has a Post Graduate Communications degree in Film and Television Production from the University of Technology Sydney. Bridget also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from The University of Auckland, with a focus on Art History, Criticism and Conservation, as well as Film and Television. Additionally, Bridget has obtained a certification in Scrum Product Owner from Zilverline.
