Mark Prendergast

Mark Prendergast has vast experience in the training and development field, currently serving as the Recruitment and Development Training Manager at Sky Television Ltd. Mark manages the Training Department for Customer Services, overseeing new inductions, creating training documentation, implementing new training material, introducing new incentives, and coordinating training for staff. Mark has also worked as a Boarding House Tutor at King's College. Mark holds a teaching diploma from Palmerston North College of Education. Their recent achievement includes heading a team to create an Internal Knowledge base for 400-450 reps at Sky Television.
