Gustavo Henrique

Gustavo Henrique started their work experience in 2019 at Alsco Toalheiro Brasil as a Productions Operator. Gustavo then attended a course at CIEE to improve their soft skills. In 2021, they worked as a Telemarketing representative at PROMOTORA CORONA SL for a few months. Later that year, they joined Sky.One Solutions as a Support Trainee, where they familiarized himself with the company's internal tools and Cloud Providers. In this role, they also enhanced their public speaking and presentation skills. In 2022, they were promoted to a Cloud Monitoring Analyst at Sky.One Solutions. In this position, they gained daily practice with cloud providers and developed problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure. Gustavo also had direct contact with customers through telephone tools.

Gustavo Henrique's education history begins in 2019 when they attended Universidade Paulista and obtained an Associates Degree in Games Design in 2020. Gustavo then continued their education at Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul from 2021 to 2022, earning another Associates Degree, this time in Information Technology.

In addition to their formal education, Gustavo has also obtained several certifications. In September 2021, they received certifications in AWS Partner: Accreditation (Business), AWS Partner: Accreditation (Technical), and AWS Partner: Cloud Economics Accreditation, all from Amazon Web Services (AWS). More recently, in November 2022, they obtained a certification in Java Fundamentos from FIAP.
