Henrique C. Oliveira has a diverse work experience. Henrique started their career as a Técnico de telecomunicações at Atento Brasil, where they provided technical support for ADSL broadband and managed data line maintenance. Henrique then joined UOL - Universo Online, initially working as an Analista de Telecomunicações JR, focusing on critical mission support and analysis of transactions and messages. Henrique monitors and analyzes key metrics, develops clients through upselling and cross-selling, and maintains customer engagement with cloud providers. Additionally, they are involved in process restructuring, health checks, and optimizing solution performance.
Henrique C. Oliveira obtained a degree in Tecnologia da Informação with a specialization in Redes de Sistemas e Telecomunicações from Faculdade Flamingo. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained certifications in AWS Partner: Accreditation (Technical) (Portuguese) and AWS Partner: Cloud Economics Accreditation (Portuguese) from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in March 2022.
