Renan Struffaldi Monteiro

Renan Struffaldi Monteiro began their work experience in 2011 at Unisys, where they started as a Level 1 Analyst and eventually received a promotion to Level 2. In their role, they handled the initial filtering of connections and assisted with software setup, printer configuration, and network access problem-solving. After 7 months, they began handling more advanced tasks such as Proxy, VPN, email, and network troubleshooting. Renan worked at Unisys until June 2015. From December 2015 to March 2020, Renan worked as a Service Desk Analyst at Crefisa. Currently, they are employed as a Cloud Support Analyst at Sky.One Solutions starting in August 2020.

Renan Struffaldi Monteiro completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Paulista from the years 2010 to 2013. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including AWS Technical Professional (Portuguese) from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in August 2020, Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate from CertiProf in June 2020, and Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in January 2019.
