Wilber Diogenes

Wilber Diogenes has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Wilber currently works as a Cloud Support Analyst at Sky.One Solutions since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at RGT ELETRÔNICA from October 2013 to July 2022 as an Administrator of network. In this role, they had a significant amount of experience in support and managing the IT environment, specifically in Windows, LibreOffice, ERP (Datasul), and VMware ESXI virtualization. Before that, they worked at Tiers Monde from March 2004 to April 2013 as a Technical Analyst, starting from operational roles and eventually taking on responsibilities in the CPD department. Wilber'stasks involved processing files using Delphi software, managing the CPD, analyzing and modifying Delphi programs, computer maintenance, user support, internal program support, equipment purchasing, and inventory management.

Wilber Diogenes completed their education at Centro Universitário Unisantanna from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained a degree in Tec. Redes de Computadores (Computer Network Systems and Telecommunications).

In terms of additional certifications, Wilber has obtained several certifications from various institutions. In 2012, they received the certification for Windows Server 2008 R2, Server Virtualization from Microsoft.

In subsequent years, Wilber obtained additional certifications including Fundamentos do Ubuntu Linux and Administração Ubuntu Server from Senac São Paulo in 2019. In 2020, they obtained the Active Directory Windows Server 2019 certification from Udemy Brasil and the Active Directory Linux PRO certification from AS | CONSULTORIA E TREINAMENTOS.

Moreover, in 2021, Wilber achieved the Shell Script certification from Udemy Brasil and the AWS Solution Architect certification from the same institution. Most recently, in 2022, they obtained the RHCSA Red Hat Linux certification from Udemy Brasil.
