Adam Hunt has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Senior Teller at Washington Mutual Bank from June 2005 to March 2008. Adam then served as a Congressional Intern for Congressman Greg Walden from September 2009 to December 2009. Adam then worked as a Student Groundskeeper at George Fox University from September 2008 to April 2011, while also being an Office Aide in the History and Political Science department from March 2010 to April 2011. Adam then joined Camp Tilikum as a Day Camp On-Site Director from May 2010 to August 2011.

Adam then became a Retreat Coordinator from August 2013 to March 2016, where they coordinated with guest groups, managed Legacy Fellows, and achieved budgetary goals. Finally, they served as the Director of Retreat Programs from March 2016 to the present, overseeing retreat programs and ensuring guest satisfaction.
