Santiago Cantú Segura has a long history of experience in the business world, beginning in 2001 when they were hired as Sr Quality and Process Improvement at FedEx. There, they developed next gen service measurement systems used worldwide, served as Lead ISO Auditor for Latin America, and developed and implemented import process measurement systems. In 2007, they were hired as Corporate Director at SkyTel, and also became Chief Innovation Strategist at SkyTel Cloud. Additionally, they were a Member Board of Directors at STOP & TRACK. In 2008, they Co-Founded WebMaps, and in 2009 they Co-Founded Infosite. In 2011, they became Co-Founder of SkyAlert, Founder of Shipping Center, and Latin America Director of MGroup. Finally, in 2015 they became Founder and CEO of Infotraffic @ApoyoVial.

Santiago Cantú Segura has a comprehensive education history. Santiago obtained a Computer Science degree from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México from 1996 to 2000. Santiago also completed a Minor in MIS and Business from Portland State University from 1998 to 1999. In 2002, they obtained a Lead Auditor (ISO 9001:200) certification from LRQA. In 2005, they completed a Graduate School degree in Logistics from University of Miami Herbert Business School. Santiago also obtained a Grad Degree in Innovation from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 2006. Additionally, they attended Instituto Irlandés from 1991 to 1995 and Instituto Cumbres from 1982 to 1991. Santiago also holds an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor - Quality Certification from Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance.
