Vania Arteaga

Vania Arteaga's work experience begins in 2016 when they worked as the Coordinator of Marketing for the 45th Anniversary of AIESEC IPN. Vania was responsible for coordinating the marketing and communication team, implementing the marketing plan, and overseeing the branding and production of printed and digital materials.

In the same year, Arteaga joined Old Mutual México as a Junior Graphic Designer for internal communication. Vania designed and localized internal materials, created digital content for awareness and engagement campaigns, and contributed to the design of the corporate operations manual.

Arteaga then worked at ARTO Group as a Junior Graphic Designer, where they revamped the communication strategy, designed the internal newsletter, and developed branding projects for temporary exhibitions, achieving a 42% reduction in the initial budget.

In 2017, Arteaga joined Retuit Agencia Digital as the Coordinator of Human Resources. Arteaga also worked as the Coordinator of Recruitment and Migration at AIESEC, where they developed operational strategies, achieved the recruitment of 120 positions in three months through digital recruitment and selection methods, and contributed to the organization's overall objectives.
