Giovanni is the President & Founder of the ION360 business leading the design, development and commercialization of a global imaging technology platform delivering products and services across consumer, pro-sumer and enterprise in a wide range of industries. The ION360 imaging platform delivers virtual reality “AR/VR/360" to mainstream in a powerful multi-channel approach leveraging the Group’s world leading assets in brands, manufacturing, content development and distribution. Online video, live streaming, social media and 3D applications’ explosive growth are key drivers for the proliferation of AR/VR/360 technology across mobile and wireless communications, computing, display and infotainment devices.

Giovanni established the Shenzhen R&D Center back in 2002 and became the Managing Director of that facility. Ran the Imaging then Consumer Electronics Division at Flextronics, the 2nd largest Electronics Manufacturer in the world, managing a $1B plus portfolio. Co-Founder of an innovation lab in the Bay Area. Giovanni's business activities were used as the basis of a Harvard Business School's "Case Study".
