Diana Ramos serves as the Development Coordinator at Reading Is Fundamental since July 2023, where responsibilities include coordinating event materials, managing donor data in Salesforce and Raiser’s Edge, and communicating with stakeholders on project-related tasks. Previously, Diana held an Office Assistant position at the University of Massachusetts Lowell from January 2021 to May 2023, guiding first-year engineering students and creating a welcoming office environment. Additionally, Diana was a Facility Supervisor at the same university, overseeing the Campus Recreational Center's operations and staff. Prior experience also includes a Human Resources Internship at Chewy in 2021. Diana holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, earned in May 2023.
