Matt Mavroudakis

Matt Mavroudakis is an experienced professional currently serving as a Platoon Leader at the 329th CBRN CO since July 2023. Prior to this role, Matt transitioned from a Recruiting Intern to Recruiting Coordinator at SkyBridge Tactical, LLC, where responsibilities included creating position descriptions, full cycle recruitment, and project management in a fast-paced environment. Matt effectively collaborated with Program Managers and the Business Development Team while utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems. Earlier work experience includes lifeguarding at LIFETIME FITNESS and serving as a summer camp counselor at Black Bear Lake Day Camp. Matt holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Tampa, earned in May 2023.
