Jaime Gamero Tobar

Jaime Gamero Tobar is an experienced operations manager with a diverse background in technical support and management. Currently, Jaime serves as Operations Manager at SkyCom BPO since January 2018 and has recently taken on the role of Senior Technical Lead at Techvera following the merger with Sinu, where Jaime worked as Supervisor SINU IT Support from 2018 to 2023. Prior to these roles, Jaime held positions as System Administrator Level 2 at Outsourcing Services International and Reporting & Analytics at Blackhawk Network, contributing to business operations in El Salvador. Jaime’s career began as Graveyard Supervisor at Focus El Salvador, demonstrating effective team management and development skills. Jaime holds a degree in System Engineering from Escuela Especializada de Ingenieria and a diplomado in personnel administration from ESEN.
