Jason Lafond

Jason LaFond is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success management and emergency services. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager for Enterprise and SLED at Skydio since September 2022, Jason previously held significant positions within the New York City Police Department for 18 years, culminating as Chief of the Department Operations Unit. Jason's early career includes roles as an Emergency Medical Technician at Regional Ambulance Services, and Project Administrator/Fire Protection Engineer for the New Hampshire Rural Fire Protection Initiative. Additionally, experience in fire investigation was gained during a tenure with the City of New Haven. Jason's educational background includes ongoing studies in Homeland Security at the Naval Postgraduate School, as well as certifications and degrees in fire service administration, product management, and fire technology from various institutions including Cornell University and the University of New Haven.
