Shingo Fukuda

Shingo Fukuda has extensive work experience in the legal field. Shingo currently works as the Head of Legal at SkyDrive since June 2023. Previously, they held the position of Head of Team 1 at JSR Corporation, where they oversaw Semiconductor Materials, Life Sciences, and Emerging Business. Before that, they worked as a Senior Manager and Manager of Legal Counsel at JSR North America Holdings, Inc., and JSR Micro, Inc., respectively. Shingo also served as a Manager in the Legal Department at JSR Corporation. Prior to joining JSR Corporation, Shingo Fukuda worked at Toyota Tsusho Corporation in various roles, including Supervisor and Senior Associate in the International Legal Group and Japan Legal Group, respectively.

Shingo Fukuda's education history includes a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Chuo University, obtained from 1998 to 2002. Shingo then pursued a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in the International Business Transaction Law Course at Chuo University Graduate School of Law from 2002 to 2004. Later, they attended Fordham University School of Law from 2011 to 2012, where they obtained an LL.M. degree with a focus on Banking, Corporate, and Finance Law. Additionally, they hold the certification of Attorney and Counselor from The State of New York.
