Camelia Elena Constantin has gained extensive experience in the aerospace industry, with a focus on avionics engineering and systems integration. Camelia Elena began their career in 2000 at TAROM, where they worked as an Avionics/Electrical Engineer in the Engineering Department. Camelia Elena'sresponsibilities included developing engineering activities for TAROM's aircraft systems, investigating system failures, evaluating maintenance procedures, and managing the Maintenance Schedule for the B737 fleet. Camelia Elena also played a key role in developing and amending the airline's Minimum Equipment List (MEL) for various aircraft models.
In 2006, Camelia joined Innotech Aviation as an Avionics Technician, where they utilized their skills in maintaining and repairing avionics equipment. Camelia Elena later moved on to BOMBARDIER in 2011, where they worked as an Avionics Systems Integrator on the Challenger Program. Camelia Elena was responsible for integrating avionics systems into the aircraft and ensuring adherence to approved airworthiness standards.
In 2017, Camelia joined Mitsubishi Aircraft Corporation Global Career as an Avionics Engineer. In this role, they worked on various avionics projects and contributed to the development and implementation of avionics solutions. Camelia Elena remained with Mitsubishi Aircraft Corporation Global Career until 2021.
Most recently, Camelia joined Skydweller Aero in 2021 as a Systems Test Engineer. Camelia Elena is currently involved in testing and validating systems for aerial vehicles.
Throughout their career, Camelia has consistently demonstrated their expertise in avionics engineering and systems testing. Camelia Elena has a strong understanding of avionics equipment, maintenance processes, and airworthiness standards.
Camelia Elena Constantin completed their education at the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest. From 1994 to 1999, they pursued a BEng degree in Aerospace Engineering with a focus on Aircraft Avionics Systems. Camelia Elena then continued their studies at the same university from 1999 to 2000, earning an MEng in Aerospace Engineering with a specialization in Special Elements of Aerospace Engineering.
In addition to their academic qualifications, Camelia Elena Constantin obtained two certifications related to electrical and avionics maintenance. In June 2002, they received certification in ATR 42-500 Electrical/Avionics - Line and Base Maintenance from the Romania Civil Aviation Authority. Prior to that, in October 2001, they obtained certification in Boeing 737-600/700/800/900 Electrical/Avionics - Line and Base Maintenance, also issued by the Romania Civil Aviation Authority.
