Nancy Robinson

Nancy Robinson is the Contracts Director for SkyePoint Decisions. In this role, Nancy is responsible for the development, review, revision, and implementation of policies and procedures, establishing best practices to meet corporate goals and objectives. She works closely with the Project Delivery Team to ensure all contractual requirements are fulfilled and to identify and mitigate contract-related risks. Nancy supports Senior Management in risk assessment and mitigation.

Nancy brings over twenty years of progressive leadership experience in contracts, subcontracts, business acquisition, and program performance. Having worked at the industry’s largest companies over the course of her career, she has represented the information technology, aerospace, and defense industry in their contracts with all three branches of the federal government and most executive departments and agencies. Nancy has broad and deep experience with FAR- and DFAR-based contracts, acquisition strategy, proposal preparation and negotiations, and business management principles. Her areas of unique expertise in the contracting environment include performance overseas, highly classified missions, estimating/pricing, and ethics. Nancy is committed to risk identification and mitigation, legal and regulatory compliance, and finding mutually positive solutions to contractual issues.
