Natasha Castrovinci is an experienced clinical research professional with a robust background in managing global clinical trials, particularly in the respiratory and oncology fields. Currently serving as Associate Director and formerly as Senior Clinical Trial Manager at Incyte, Natasha has extensive experience in overseeing day-to-day operations, developing operational plans, and ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP). Previous roles include Global Clinical Project Manager at Teva Pharmaceuticals and Clinical Research Site Manager at KFORCE, INC, where Natasha successfully managed multiple clinical trials and developed recruitment strategies. Holding an MBA focused on Pharmaceutical Management from Temple University and a BA in Biology from Cornell University, Natasha also has experience in enterprise management consultancy and marketing within the biotech industry.
