Jeremy Pedro

Jeremy Pedro has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Jeremy started their career in 2013 as a Sony Representative at Creative Activation. In 2015, they joined IKEA Group as a Customer Relations Co-worker and later transitioned to an IKEA Food Co-worker role. From 2017 to 2021, Jeremy served as a Senior Technical Support Specialist at IKEA Group. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Technical Support Specialist at Skyfii, starting in August 2021.

Jeremy Pedro has a diverse education background in the field of information technology and engineering. In 2009, they attended RMIT University, where they pursued a degree in engineering. After completing their studies at RMIT, Jeremy enrolled at Chisholm Institute in 2013, where they obtained a Certificate IV in Computer Systems Engineering. Subsequently, in the same year, they pursued an Advanced Diploma of Computer Systems Engineering from Chisholm Institute as well. Most recently, in 2021, Jeremy attended Coder Academy, where they obtained an Undergrad Certificate in Data Analysis.
