David Rubino

David Rubino is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in designing and developing applications using C#, AngularJS, and SQL Server. Currently serving as a Software Engineer IV at SKYGEN since April 2020, David has led the implementation of new features, refactored existing code, and contributed to performance enhancements through technologies like EF Core and Dapper.
