Doug Fullenkamp

Doug Fullenkamp has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Starting with their most recent position, they currently serve as the Director of Technology at SKYGEN since July 2022. Prior to that, they were the Reporting Team Manager at SKYGEN from September 2021 to July 2022.

Before joining SKYGEN, Doug worked at Batesville Casket Company for a significant period of time. From 2015 to 2020, they held the position of Sr. Manager Business Intelligence & Sales Systems Manager, where they utilized Cognos Analytics 11 to meet organizational needs and managed strategic dashboards. From 2012 to 2014, Doug served as the BI/CRM IT Sales & Marketing Manager, providing strategic leadership and implementing the company's first CRM solution and expense reporting system.

Going back further, from 2006 to 2011 at Batesville, Doug held the role of Product Planning & Process Manager, focusing on new product business plans and process improvements. Doug also worked as an IT Project Manager from 1999 to 2006, overseeing JD Edwards manufacturing plant implementations and delivering project updates. Additionally, as a Programmer/Analyst from 1994 to 1999, Doug designed and implemented applications for Batesville's functional areas.

Doug's career trajectory began in the United States Air Force, where they served in education and training roles from 1982 to 1994.

Doug Fullenkamp has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Indiana Wesleyan University, which they obtained from 1992 to 1994. Prior to that, they completed their Associate of Science (AS) degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from the Community College of the Air Force, where they studied from 1990 to 1992. In addition to their formal education, Doug Fullenkamp also holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) certification from Sigma Breakthrough Technologies, obtained in 2008.
