Kathleen Grohall has held various leadership roles in the healthcare industry. Kathleen started their career as the Executive Director at Orthopedic Associates of Manitowoc from November 2006 to June 2013. Kathleen then became the Vice President of Employer Services and Director of Payer Contracting at BayCare Clinic from June 2013 to March 2016. In 2016, they joined SKYGEN USA as the Value Based Healthcare Product Executive and Director of Operations. Kathleen currently holds the role of Vice President of Value-based Healthcare Solutions at Holista, starting from January 2019. Additionally, Kathleen Grohall has also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Carroll College.
Kathleen Grohall obtained their Master's degree in Quality and Organizational Leadership from Marian University of Fond du Lac between 2003 and 2005.
