Shanna Madden

Shanna Madden possesses extensive experience in client experience and provider services within the dental industry. Currently serving as Client Experience Executive at SKYGEN since January 2022, Shanna previously held the role of Director of Provider Services at LIBERTY Dental Plan, and Director of Government Programs as well as Account Executive at Avēsis Incorporated. In earlier roles, Shanna contributed to provider relations at DentaQuest, enhancing provider understanding of managed care dental programs, and directed the Dental Assisting Program at Miami Jacobs Career College, focusing on educational excellence and operational management. Shanna's career began in marketing and study club direction at Worthington Dental Group. Academic credentials include an MBA from Ashland University and a BA in English from The Ohio State University.
