Cristina Feistmann

Cristina Feistmann serves as Group Company Secretary and Company Secretary for Swiss Reinsurance Company Ltd since November 2014. In addition, Cristina holds the position of Vice Chair of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Safety & Security Committee at skyguide since May 2015, and Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for Valiant Hypotheken AG and Valiant Garantie AG since March 2023. Cristina is also a Board Member at Fidinam Group Holding SA, and previously served as a Board Member for B Capital Partners from April 2022 to April 2024. Earlier experience includes roles as Senior Legal Counsel at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd from 2007 to 2013, General Counsel & Secretary at Swissport from 2002 to 2006, Legal Counsel at SAirGroup from 1998 to 2002, and positions at Altenburger & Partners and KPMG. Cristina holds an Executive Master of European and International Business Law from the University of St.Gallen and a lic.iur. degree in Law from the University of Zurich, along with a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Digital Leadership & Transformation from the University of St.Gallen.
