Frederic Blouin

Frederic Blouin has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Frederic started their career in 2007 as a Field Clinical Engineer at Vancouver Coastal Health. Frederic then joined Sage Software in 2012 as a Technical Support Analyst, where they provided bilingual technical support for North American customers. In this role, Frederic developed a strong technical background and collaborated with managers and technicians to resolve complex customer concerns. Frederic joined Avigilon in 2014 and held various roles, including Technical Support Specialist, Technical Support Team Leader, and Technical Support Manager. In their most recent role at Avigilon, they served as a Strategic Operations Consultant for Technical Support. Frederic is currently working at SkyHawk Telematics as a Project Manager I.

Frederic Blouin completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Université de Sherbrooke, graduating in 2001. Prior to that, they obtained a Technical Diploma in Electrical Engineering Technics, with a specialization in Telecommunications, from CEGEP de Sherbrooke, where they studied from 1994 to 1997.

In addition to their formal education, Frederic has also acquired several certifications in various fields. In 2015, they obtained the "Networking 4 Voice and Video over IP - SSVVP" certification from The SIP School. In 2016, they completed the "Front Line Leadership" training program offered by Catalyst Training Services. In 2019, Frederic completed the "Fundamentals of Project Management" course at Memorial University of Newfoundland. In 2020, they obtained the "Agile Project Management" certification from the same university. More recently, in 2021, Frederic achieved the "Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification - Level II" from the Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters. Frederic'smost recent certification is the "Introduction to Web Security" obtained from École Cybersécurité in February 2022.
