Kelsey Duran

Kelsey Duran currently serves as the Site Director for Skyhawks Sports Academy at Rockwood Preparatory Academy since October 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Community Builders Program Analyst at REACH Community Development and as a Crisis Counselor II for Project Respond at Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare. Additional roles include an Equity and Advocacy Intern at the Council for the Homeless and Housing Case Manager at Transition Projects, where housing-focused case management was provided. Kelsey has also held various positions at Catholic Charities Eastern Washington, CHRISTIAN AID CENTER, and Walla Walla University, showcasing a strong background in social work and advocacy. Kelsey earned a Master of Social Work from Portland State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Walla Walla University.
