Currently serving as Vice President of Global Support & Technical Account Management at Skyhigh Security, Nilom's previous roles include heading Worldwide Technical Support Delivery at Automation Anywhere and holding multiple senior leadership positions at McAfee, such as Senior Director for worldwide enterprise support. Additionally, Nilom has a rich background in technical support and operations management from previous tenures at Skyhigh Networks and Zscaler. Nilom holds an Executive Program in Finance from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and an MBA in IT from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology.
