Tsama Parsons-Pineda, P.E. is currently the Director of Product Innovation at Skyhook Solar. As an Independent Researcher at PoaRhiza, Tsama collaborates with local botanists to study and develop native plants for food crops and carbon sequestration in arid climates. Previously, as the Facilities Manager at Mimbres Hot Springs Ranch, Inc., Tsama managed electrical and mechanical infrastructure projects for a geothermal property. With a background in mechanical engineering, Tsama has also worked as a Business Development Manager at Yippster Technologies Pvt Ltd, Commercial PV Systems Designer at SolarCity, and as an Entrepreneur/Cycling Advocate at Parpin Unlimited. Tsama's experience also includes working as an Engineering Technician at the National Radio Astronomy Observatory.
