Cristina Schubert

Cristina Schubert is an experienced professional in the cosmetics industry, currently serving as the Head of Cosmetics Laboratory at SKYLABORATORY since February 2024. Prior to this role, Cristina held significant positions at CRB Cosmetics from October 2009 to January 2024, including Applied R&D Manager and R&D Formulator Team Leader, where responsibilities included client follow-up, project management, coordination of the formulators' team, and collaboration with production and quality control. Cristina co-founded AKYLAB, acting as CEO and managing cosmetic formulation consulting and product sales from June 2004 to September 2009. Prior experiences include R&D Manager at B&T and roles at Tecnocosmesi S.p.A., Symrise AG, and FDM, contributing to formulation development, technical support, and clinical trial monitoring. Cristina holds a Master’s degree in Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technology from the Università degli Studi di Milano.
