Ryan Henderson

Ryan Henderson is a seasoned executive in the energy sector with an extensive background in high voltage management and renewable energy. As the co-founder and Executive Director at Elecsys Technologies since June 2023, Ryan also serves as Chairman at Ventus Energy, guiding O&M business strategy, and is a Board Member at Ventus Energy Holdings Limited, influencing renewable energy networks. Ryan's previous roles include Managing Director at Ventus Systems and EDS HV Group, where comprehensive high voltage management services were provided across the UK and Ireland. With significant experience as an HV System Manager for Vattenfall and as a Senior Authorised Person for EDF Renewable Energy, Ryan has demonstrated expertise in high voltage safety coordination and asset management. Ryan holds an HNC in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Belfast Metropolitan College and attended Grosvenor Grammar School.
