Hiroshi Ikeda

Hiroshi Ikeda is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Table Top Order System Development Manager at Skylark Holdings, Ltd. since October 2019. In this role, Hiroshi directs the development of various systems including the Table Top Order System, Coupon Application, and Delivery Order System, while also focusing on the integration of restaurant devices through API infrastructure and Big Data. Prior to Skylark, Hiroshi worked at Amazon Web Services from April 2016 to October 2019 as a Transformation Consultant and Partner Development Manager, providing migration consultation and managing enablement programs for major partners. In a lengthy tenure at EMC from April 2000 to February 2016, Hiroshi held various managerial roles, including Senior Manager and Manager, and began a career as a System Engineer at ASA Systems Inc. Overall, Hiroshi holds a Master's degree in Information Processing from Kyushu Institute of Technology and a certificate in English from The University of Waikato.
